Website Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Christopher Noah Gandley, a sole proprietor in Colorado Springs, Colorado (“I,” “me”). By using the site, you agree to them.
1. This website is informational
This site describes the website design and development services I offer. You can’t buy services, create an account, or make payments here. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. A project begins only under a written agreement signed by both of us.
2. Signed client agreements come first
If you hire me, your signed client agreement governs that work, including scope, payment, revisions, ownership, Website Care, cancellation, and refunds. These website terms don’t replace, change, or override a signed agreement. If the two conflict, the signed agreement controls. A plain-language summary of current cancellation and refund terms is on the Support page.
3. Descriptions and prices
I try to keep the descriptions, prices, and policy summaries on this site accurate and current. They are summaries, though, and they may change. What applies to a particular project is what’s in that project’s signed agreement.
Information on this site is general. It isn’t legal, tax, or other professional advice, and it doesn’t promise search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.
4. Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, the text, design, and code of this website belong to me. You’re welcome to view it, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. Please don’t copy or republish substantial parts of it without permission. Ownership of websites I build for clients is covered by each client’s agreement, not by these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t use this website to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights
- try to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the site or its hosting
- send spam, malware, or harmful code, including by email to the addresses listed here
- impersonate someone else or misrepresent your connection with me
6. Use of the site is at your own risk
This website is provided “as is.” I don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website. This section doesn’t limit any rights that can’t legally be limited, and it doesn’t change the terms of a signed client agreement.
7. Links to other sites
Some pages link to other services, such as Stripe. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Questions, concerns, and disputes
If you have a question or concern about this website, or a dispute about my services, please email cnoahgandley@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it directly. These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes about client work are handled as described in the signed client agreement.
9. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the date it was last updated.
