Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
This website is run by Christopher Noah Gandley, a sole proprietor offering website design and development services from Colorado Springs, Colorado (“I,” “me”). This policy explains what information reaches me through this website, how I use it, and who else handles it.
In short: this site has no contact forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, or ads. If you email me, I receive what you choose to send. My hosting provider processes basic technical information so it can deliver the site.
Information you choose to send me
The only way to contact me through this site is by email or phone. When you do, I receive whatever you include, which is usually your name, email address or phone number, business name, and details about your business or project.
If you become a client, I also receive the information needed to deliver your project, such as business details, written content, photos, logos, and the details on our agreement and invoices.
Information collected automatically
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, embedded social media, or externally hosted fonts, and it doesn’t run any scripts.
Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages. When your browser requests a page, it automatically sends technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. The hosting provider processes this information to deliver the site and may record it in server logs for operation and security. Its handling of that information is described in its privacy policy.
How I use information
- To reply to your questions and discuss a possible project
- To prepare agreements, deliver the work, and provide Website Care
- To send invoices and keep business, tax, and accounting records
- To protect against fraud or misuse, and to meet legal obligations
I don’t sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a marketing email list.
Who receives information
- My email and phone providers. Messages you email me are stored by Google (Gmail), and calls and texts are handled by my mobile phone carrier.
- My hosting provider, as described above.
- Stripe. Clients pay invoices through Stripe, which processes payment information under its own privacy policy. I don’t receive your full card number.
- Tools I use to run the business. If you become a client, project files and records may be stored in the document, file-storage, and signing tools I use to deliver the work.
- When required. I may disclose information if the law requires it, or to professional advisers such as an accountant or attorney when reasonably necessary.
How long I keep information
I keep emails and client records for as long as I reasonably need them to respond to you, provide services, and maintain business, tax, and legal records. I haven’t set fixed deletion timelines.
You can ask me to delete your correspondence. I’ll let you know what I can delete and what I need to keep (for example, records tied to a signed agreement or a payment).
Security
I try to protect the information I hold, but no website, email system, or storage service is completely secure. Email in particular isn’t a safe way to send sensitive information, so please don’t email passwords, login codes, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
